Do you offer outdoor balloon decorations?

Yes, however in darker color balloons molecules expand and move faster as they warm and this results in the balloons swelling and popping as the gas volume inside exceeds its latex or foil housing. Dark color and foil balloons are not recommended for use outdoor between May-September. Outdoor balloons are not recommended when temperatures exceed 80+ Fahrenheit.
Do you offer early morning/late night instillations?

Layla's Balloon Creations will disclose the estimated time needed to complete an install. Instillations scheduled outside of reasonable business hours are subject to availability and may be subject to an additional charge. Please contact us for more information.
Do you offer for more party planning services in addition to balloon decor?

Layla's Balloon Creations will be offering full event decor in the future. Please contact us for more information on additional decor or equipment rental availability!
Do you dispose of the balloons after an event?

Your balloons are your to keep and enjoy! Layla's Balloon Creations will tear down the display and pick up the frames and equipment and provide you with your balloons to enjoy, and/or dispose of safely*. *Latex balloons can be a choking hazard for children and pets. Foil/mylar balloons are recyclable but not biodegradable. Please dispose of balloons responsibly. Balloon striking and disposal may be available upon request. Striking fee may apply.
Do you assemble balloon "kits" purchased from retail and/or online stores?

No, Layla's Balloon Creations is dedicated to providing decorations that exceed the customer expectation. We strive to use balloons which are sourced from reputable distribution companies to ensure you receive the quality you deserve!
How do I add a new question & answer?

To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?

Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
